We are excited to celebrate another amazing Bulldog Teacher! 

If you went to Harris for Pre-K, you or someone you know probably has had the honor having Mr. Carter as their Pre-K teacher. He brings laughter into every room he enters, with his clever jokes and overall warm personality.

He is doing double-duty this week owning our Pre-K/ Kinder Classroom and developing our young bulldogs into strong learners.

Mr. Carter

• I am a PK4/Kinder ESL Teacher
• This year is my 17th year at Harris.
• In my school my favorite subject was Reading/Writing.
• I have an Associates Degree from Leeward Community College, Pearl City, HI. 
• I also have a Bachelors of Arts, Theatre Studies from The University of Texas. 
• I have also taken classes from Hawai'i Pacific College, Texas Lutheran University, Austin Community College, & Texas Women's University. (a lot of learning!!!)
• I've been blessed to work with incredibly talented educators and a staff that has always cared about the community. I've had some wonderfully supportive parents over the years, as well.
• Fun fact: I was in a Japanese movie when I was 8 years old. I have no idea what the title is, but I was paid in Japanese Yen the equivalence of $25 USD!
